We are a boutique civil, structural and hydraulic engineering consultancy located in Castle Hill of the Hills District in Sydney.

The firm was established in 1989 by principal engineer Peter Blacker.

We provide consulting engineering services to residential, strata, commercial, construction and legal clients. We service the greater Sydney region and can be requested to attend rural and regional areas if needed. We can offer expert opinion and legal services at greater distances for clients, including interstate.
